The flats are well located and close to the old village when you drive past the river “Le Loup” and only 2 km from the sea. Ten studios and one bedroom flats have been built. They are all furnished and fully fitted in accordance with the latest tourism and business accommodation standards. Our concept : Whether you are coming on holiday or on business, we can offer you both short and long term rentals, located in a very nice area, with access to a swimming-pool and a private car park. You can rent for a week, a fortnight, a month or more, for 1 to 4 persons.

Comfort: Private parking, Private terrace o private garden level, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, free wireless, direct line. A fax, a DVD player and a cot are available at you request. Relax: The swimming pool and the Relax Wellness Center : Massages and body/skin cares with essential oils.
The flats are situated next to Villeneuve-Loubet traditional village and give access to the city centre facilities: public transport (bus-train), supermarkets, newspapers, restaurants, street market.
